What You’ll Do
As a Pest Control Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in helping protect homes and businesses from pests while delivering a standout customer experience.
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity
- Develop and communicate effective treatment plans
- Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with regulations
- Educate customers on services, prevention, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Operate a company vehicle and travel to scheduled service locations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with great communication skills
- Willingness to learn (we provide on-the-job training)
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Experience in pest control, landscaping, lawn care, or similar fields is a plus but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute or relocate to East Syracuse, NY
